Service Standards & Sequences
To ensure high and consistent service it is imperative that our expectations are successfully communicated to the team. The customer journey, beginning with their call for a reservation to when they pay the bill and get their coats will only end satisfactorily if the staff has met certain standards of professionalism. A well-trained staff ensures that every guest receives the same excellent service. We can deliver basic front of house training, and the delivery of food & drink. We will also go the extra mile by including detail training, which includes how to take someone’s coat and what to do in crisis moments such as a power failure.
Service Training
Both group and one-on-one training with all members of the team and a training file system that ensures you can monitor their development.
Training Manuals
We recommend that all of the training is repeated for each new member of staff for the life of the business. A big push in training at opening will only get you so far. We suggest systems are put into place to maintain a consistent level of staff training though out the duration of the project.
