Liquor Studio came about when we realised just how badly the majority of bars are run. From a growing irritation at how the great British tradition of politeness, service, knowledge, and aptitude are often overlooked, highlighted when a top London cocktail bartender stared blankly back at us when asked for a Gibson Martini (with a silverskin pickled onion, thanks!). There must be a better way - mustn't there?
