How long does the consultancy last?

It is entirely dependent on our level of involvement in the project. We are able to fully manage your opening and then work with you on a weekly or monthly basis to monitor, record and develop your business.

What happens if I don't have an opening?

It is not just openings that we help with. If your drinks list is in need of a little creative direction we can design you something that’s a little more exciting than one of your junior bartenders leafing through a cocktail book and picking the same old classics concoctions.
